6 - 7 g for 1 gaiwan, 100 degree boiling water for the 1st brew as washing. Brew and drink from 2nd time onwards.
Good for about 10 times brewing. Do not oversoaked tea for more than 1 minute, tea will taste bitter and not tasty.
