Dark Reddish, transparent
1 piece (5 gm) for 1 gaiwan, 100 degree boiling water for the 1st brew as washing. Brew and drink from 2nd time onwards.
Good for 7-8 times brewing. Can simmer for about 2 minutes after the 5th brew to have better infusion.
But do not over-soaked tea for more than 3 minutes, or tea will turn bitter and not tasty.
