Place 1 tuo cha into a teapot, 100 degree boiling water for the brewing and simmer for about 30 second for the 1st brew.
Good for 5-6 times brewing. Can simmer for about 2 minutes after the 5th brew to have better infusion.
But do not over-soaked tea for more than 3 minutes, or tea will turn bitter and not tasty.
